    Returns

    Return procedure
    If you are not satisfied with your ordered product(s) or have changed your mind, you can return them within 14 days of receipt*. Once we receive the products, they will be inspected. If the return conditions are met, the full amount will be refunded.

    • The delivery date of the products was no more than 14 days ago.
    • The products must be undamaged and in their original condition when delivered to us.
    • The products should be returned in their original packaging, as far as possible.
    • The return form must be included with the package.
    • The product packaging must not be written on.

    Return Procedure
    If you want to return products to Lightinova, please follow these steps:
    Step 1: Download the return form here. Print the document and include it in your package.
    Step 2: Send your product(s) in their original packaging (if possible) with all delivered accessories to the following address:

    Keep your shipping receipt until the package has arrived with us.
    Products can also be dropped off at the above address.

    If the product is damaged due to inadequate packaging of the return shipment, costs may be incurred.

    Return Shipping Costs
    The costs of your return shipment are entirely your responsibility.

    Order Modification
    Once you have placed an order, it cannot be modified. However, you can change your contact details and delivery information by logging into the customer portal.

    Exchanges
    Exchanges can be arranged upon consultation. If you wish to receive a different product, please contact us.

    Refunds
    Your refund will be processed once the product has been received by us. Generally, the amount will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days. If the amount is not credited to your account after 7 days, please contact us by calling +31 (0) 76 369 00 24 or emailing [email protected].

    Defective or Damaged Product
    Our products are inspected before shipment to meet the highest quality standards. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please take some photos of the damages, and email them to [email protected]. Based on these photos, we can assess your complaint and determine the next steps.

    * Exceptions
    The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products. This includes products made according to customer specifications and options not listed as standard choices on the website. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are used, damaged, or incomplete. The European right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers and applies only to orders delivered within the 28 EU member states and Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway.
